Technical Information

Product Advantages

Stable and Smooth Release: Special solvent-free siliconization technology provides uniform and stable release force for every lot code on automatic winding and packaging lines without altering the adhesive structure.

Zero Migration and Maximum Protection: Its special structure, developed for medicated plasters containing concentrated chemical formulations or essential oils, does not react with the adhesive layer and fully preserves the product’s adhesion performance.

Die-Cutting Compatibility: Its excellent surface smoothness and high dimensional stability prevent wrinkles, air bubbles and static buildup during lamination of flexible TPU films, enabling low-waste cutting processes.

Applications

Adhesive-surface protection for first-aid bandages, surgical tapes and plasters for sensitive skin.
Industrial lamination processes for flexible, breathable transparent TPU-film surgical drapes and tapes.
Handling of drug-delivery pain/treatment plasters with high active-ingredient content and heavy medical tapes.
Use as top cover, carrier and protective liner on high-speed automated medical-product packaging lines.
