Silicone-Coated PP / BOPP Release Film

A PP-based film release liner designed for tape, label, lamination and other pressure-sensitive adhesive applications requiring a smooth surface and controlled release performance.

PP, OPP and BOPP film substrates can be silicone coated on one or both sides and engineered to provide application-specific release forces. Their smooth surface, mechanical properties and consistent winding behaviour make them suitable for high-speed converting, lamination, cutting and dispensing processes.

Film construction, silicone system and target release force should be selected according to the adhesive characteristics and specific processing conditions.

Oriented PP structures, particularly BOPP, are suitable for applications requiring increased dimensional stability and controlled mechanical behaviour. Selection should be based on the adhesive system and processing requirements.
