Wound Pads & Gauze

The primary requirement in packaging wound pads and gauze is maintaining continuity without compromising seal integrity on high-speed production lines. The medical kraft paper, PE-coated surfaces and multilayer barrier films we offer for automatic thermoforming (FFS) lines are fully compatible with machine cycle speeds. These materials retain their form during deep drawing and achieve molecular-level bonding between surfaces during heat sealing. The package is designed to function not merely as containment, but as a technical component that helps guarantee the sterile life of the product.

Technically optimized for Steam, Ethylene Oxide and Gamma sterilization cycles.
Provides high adhesion and seal reliability with PET/PE- and PA/PE-based barrier films.
Provides high mechanical strength and dimensional stability on automatic packaging lines.
The products are structured to directly support ISO 13485 and MDR technical-file processes.

Technical Information

Product Advantages

Clean-peel technology prevents fiber shedding during package opening and eliminates contamination risk in the surgical field. Its uniform surface structure minimizes scrap during sealing and cutting stages on thermoforming machines, maximizing production efficiency.

Applications

Medical Kraft Sterilization Papers
Top-seal material providing high pore stability.
PE-Coated Medical Papers
Extrusion-coated papers providing a moisture barrier and fast sealing.
Multilayer Barrier Films
Bottom and top film solutions with high deep-draw capability.
