Silicone-Coated PE Release Film

A PE-based release liner designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive applications requiring flexibility, conformability and controlled release performance.

Silicone-coated PE release film is produced by applying a silicone release coating to one or both sides of an LDPE or HDPE film substrate. The PE film construction provides flexibility, elongation and conformability, making it particularly suitable for converting applications where controlled deformation or flexibility is required.

The silicone system can be selected according to the adhesive characteristics and target release force. Film thickness, PE grade, silicone-coating construction and winding characteristics should be evaluated together according to the specific process requirements.
