Medical Kraft Sterilization Paper

Medical kraft sterilization paper is a packaging material used as a component of sterile barrier systems for medical devices and disposable medical products. The papers supplied by Napol Global are selected to support sterilization processes through their controlled porosity and mechanical properties. Available in 60 g/m² and 70 g/m² grades, they help maintain structural integrity during steam, ethylene oxide and gamma sterilization processes.

High mechanical strength and controlled porosity facilitate the penetration and removal of sterilizing agents through the package. The material structure is designed to support package integrity and controlled opening performance while helping to reduce the risk of fiber tear and particle generation.

Available in 60 g/m² and 70 g/m² grades.
Suitable for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization processes.
Supplied within an ISO 13485 quality management framework.
Supports the relevant requirements of EN 868-3 and ISO 11607-1.
Contributes to maintaining microbial barrier performance.
