A film-based release liner solution designed for double-sided adhesive systems requiring controlled release from both surfaces.
Double-sided silicone-coated release film is a technical release liner with silicone coating on both sides. It is suitable for transfer tapes, double-sided tapes, foam tapes, medical adhesive products, precision lamination and die-cutting applications.
Both surfaces can be engineered with identical or different release forces. A differential-release construction, where one side has a lower release force and the other a higher release force, enables controlled liner-removal sequencing during rewinding, lamination and final application.
