The main materials used in these applications are MGK silicone-coated paper and HDPE silicone-coated film The correct product should be selected according to adhesive type, roll width, printing requirement, target release level and production-line speed.
A lightweight and economical release-liner solution. It is preferred in sanitary-pad and panty-liner applications, especially as narrow-width and printed back-strip paper.
Basis weight: 30–60 g/m²
Use: Sanitary-pad back strips, panty liners, hygienic adhesive components.
A firmer, more durable film-based release-liner solution. It is used in hygiene applications requiring flexibility, surface stability and controlled release.
Thickness: Determined according to the application.
Use: Sanitary-pad back strips, diaper side tapes, hygienic adhesive parts.
