Adhesive systems used in tape production require controlled release, stable winding, clean cutting and reliable carrier performance. Release-liner selection directly affects tape behavior on the production line and application performance.

Napol Global offers double-sided silicone-coated paper, OPP silicone-coated film and PET silicone-coated film solutions for tape applications. Product selection is evaluated according to adhesive type, tape structure, roll width, winding direction and target release level.

Applications

Silicone-coated paper- or film-based liner solutions are used in double-sided tape, transfer tape, foam tape, industrial mounting tapes, medical tapes, automotive tapes and precision die-cut tape applications.

Double-sided and transfer-tape structures may require differential release. In this structure, one surface releases easily while the other holds more tightly, allowing production, lamination and application sequencing to be managed more precisely.
