Glassine silicone-coated paper is produced by converting a dense, smooth paper base into a technical release liner through silicone coating. Thanks to its high surface smoothness and controlled release performance, it is widely preferred in label, hygiene, medical and tape applications.

The smooth surface of glassine silicone-coated paper provides controlled contact with the adhesive. It offers advantages in applications targeting stable winding, clean release and low scrap on high-speed lines.
It can be used for self-adhesive labels, hygiene products, medical tapes, adhesive bandages, plasters, single-sided tapes, double-sided tapes and specially cut adhesive parts.
When selecting glassine silicone-coated paper, adhesive type, target release level, basis weight, roll width, die-cut process, winding direction and production-line speed should be evaluated together.
