Double-Sided Silicone-Coated Paper

C2S release-paper solution for transfer tapes, double-sided tapes and specialized adhesive systems requiring controlled release on both surfaces.

Double-sided silicone-coated paper is a technical release paper with silicone on both surfaces. It is used especially in double-sided adhesive systems, transfer tapes, foam tapes and special lamination processes.

The same or different release values can be defined on the two surfaces. This allows one side to release easily while the other holds more tightly. The structure makes process control and application sequencing easier to manage during production.

What Is Differential Release?

CCK silicone-coated paper offers advantages in applications requiring a smooth surface and stable structure. It helps the adhesive remain balanced on the liner, supports clean release and contributes to process control.

Applications

It can be used in labels, graphic applications, tape, industrial adhesive parts, lamination, foam tape and special converting processes.

Choosing the Right Product

In this product group, not only the paper base but also the release balance between the two surfaces is critical. Adhesive type, application sequence, winding direction, cutting process and target peel value should be evaluated together.
