Industrial Silicone-Coated Paper

Napol Global coated medical paper is designed specifically to maximize operational efficiency on high-speed automatic packaging (FFS) lines. It is produced by applying 3 to 12 grams of coating, depending on application sensitivity, onto high-quality base papers with basis weights of 60 g/m² and 80 g/m². Its distinctive grid-pattern surface rapidly evacuates air from the package during heat sealing, optimizing machine speed. Fully compatible with Ethylene Oxide and Gamma sterilization, this technical solution provides excellent adhesion to PET/PE, PP/PE and other polyethylene-coated surfaces. Manufactured to ISO 13485 standards, it enables visual inspection of seal quality while providing the highest level of medical safety through smooth clean opening.

What Is Differential Release?

Differential release means the two surfaces of a double-sided silicone-coated film have different release forces. For example, one side may release easily while the other holds more tightly. This structure makes production sequencing and application control easier in double-sided adhesive products.

Applications

Double-sided silicone-coated film can be used in transfer tape, double-sided tape, medical tape, foam tape, electronic die-cut parts, precision lamination and specialized adhesive systems.

Choosing the Right Double-Sided Film

In this product group, not only the film base but also the release balance between the two surfaces is critical. Adhesive type, application sequence, winding direction, cutting process and target peel value should be evaluated together.
