CCK silicone paper is short for clay coated kraft release paper. As the name suggests, it is produced by coating one side of clay coated kraft paper with silicone, which in this case is a release agent. The main advantage of clay coated paper is that it can withstand high temperatures and has good dimensional stability due to the clay coating.
