Silicone-coated release films are technical liner materials used to protect adhesive surfaces throughout manufacturing, lamination, cutting, rewinding, storage and prior to application. Compared with paper-based release liners, film substrates can offer a smoother surface, controlled caliper and, depending on the substrate, high dimensional stability.<\/p>\n
